Neil L. Randel - President & Chief Executive Officer

Neil L. Randel joined First American in 1993 and was named President and Chief Executive Officer in 1998. Under Mr. Randel’s leadership, First American has become one of the fastest growing payment processors in the United States. Mr. Randel began his career in the transaction processing industry almost 20 years ago as a merchant-level sales agent. In 1987, he founded National Merchant Services, an independent sales organization providing merchant services throughout the state of Texas. In 1990, he founded FirstNet Corporation, which provided credit card processing utilizing a nationwide sales force. Mr. Randel was named the southwest area Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year in Business Services in 2004.


Stephen D. Kane - Senior Executive Vice President, Business Development

Stephen D. Kane joined First American in 2003 as Senior Executive Vice President of Business Development and serves on the First American Payment Systems, L.P. Board of Directors. Mr. Kane is responsible for identifying, negotiating and executing all merger and acquisition opportunities for First American, an area in which he has extensive experience, having completed over 150 acquisitions, principally in the transaction processing and payment industry. Mr. Kane has extensive private equity and public company experience including the founding of four private equity portfolio companies. Mr. Kane’s payment industry experience resulted from his responsibility as Vice Chairman and Chief Administrative Officer for First Financial Management Corporation (NYSE:FFM) the original public company owner of NABANCO, Telecheck and Western Union. In addition, Mr. Kane has served on the Boards of PMT Services (NASDAQ:PMT), NOVA Corporation (NYSE:NIS), International Payment Services, LLC, Verid, Inc., National Computer Print, Inc. and Basis Information Technologies. Mr. Kane holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama and received a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from the University of Alabama School of Law. Mr. Kane currently serves on the University of Alabama Law School Foundation Board of Directors.


Debra A. Bradford - Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Debra joined First American as Senior Vice President and CFO in 2001 and was named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2004. Prior to joining the company, she was Senior Vice President and CFO of ACE Cash Express, Inc. Debra Bradford previously maintained a 15-year career with IPS Card Solutions (formerly NTS, Inc.), a division of First Data Corporation, serving in various positions and leaving in 1999 as Chief Operating Officer. She is a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin, a Certified Public Accountant and a member of both the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Executive Institute.


Howard W. Herndon - Executive Vice President & General Counsel

Howard Herndon joined First American in 2004 as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to joining First American, he was a member of Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, PLLC in Nashville, TN. He has represented many leading payments companies (both public and private) including, among others, PMT Services (Nasdaq: PMTS); iPayment (Nasdaq:IPMT); Link2Gov (now Metavante) and Network 1 Financial (now Sage Payment Solutions) and has over 18 years of experience in general corporate, securities and M&A matters involving the payments industry. Mr. Herndon received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Lee University, graduating magna cum laude, in 1981. He was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University in 1984. Mr. Herndon is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association.


Mike Lawrence - Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer

Mike Lawrence joined First American in November 2006 as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Mr. Lawrence is responsible for the strategic direction and vision of information technology initiatives across First American’s multiple business channels. He most recently worked at Irving, Texas-based ACE Cash Express, Inc., where he rose through the ranks to serve as Vice President of Retail Store Systems. He previously was the Director of Applications Development/Systems Integration at American Parts System, Inc., and a Systems Engineer for the transportation division and plant automation division of EDS Corporation. Mr. Lawrence received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with an emphasis in Information Systems Management, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Baylor University.


John Feray - Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

John Feray began his career at First American in September 2007 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Feray is a seasoned financial executive with a strong background in finance, accounting, treasury, acquisitions, forecasting and investor relations. His most recent experience comes from 11 years at the Haggar Corporation, where he served in several positions including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for three years. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.


Rick Rizenbergs Rick Rizenbergs - Senior Vice President & Sales Strategist

Rick Rizenbergs began his career with First American in June 2007 as Senior Vice President and Sales Strategist. He is focused on setting and directing a strategic path for First American’s diverse sales channels. Mr. Rizenbergs has over 20 years experience in sales management. Most recently he worked as Vice President of Sales for North America at Siemens Medical Solutions, where he was responsible for managing multiple distribution and sales channels. Mr. Rizenbergs earned a Business Administration degree from Transylvania University.
